All transactions on the phillboss platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phillboss is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
phillboss accounts may not be used as a payment processing facility. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to use them for gaming, and subsequently requesting a withdrawal, is prohibited and may be treated as an attempt to abuse the payment system. phillboss reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account closure, in such cases.

phillboss does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phillboss is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of your use of the phillboss platform.
phillboss reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if phillboss determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if phillboss is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may close your phillboss account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
